My name’s Darlyn, the owner and artist of this site as well as devoted wife to Marty and proud stay-at-home mom of 2 beautiful kids: Memphis and Jasmine. I always loved to draw, and can remember drawing as far as 4 years of age. Leave me with paper and a box of crayons, and I was a happy quiet child drawing picture after picture.

My dad helped me discover my love for computers and the internet when he bought me my first computer as I started my first year of high school back in 1993. It was the best gift he ever gave me.

My very first business began when I drew popular toons on sheets of paper and sold them for a quarter each to my classmates. This was the birth of my entrepreneurial spirit.

Customizelife.com is a small business that I run from home. I will be offering a growing array of original hand-drawn toons that you can customize and put on things like mousepads and mugs.
